ABOUT THE AUTHORS...
Andrew L. Johnson has more than 15 years of programming experience in a variety of languages. He holds a master's degree in anthropology has been published in scientific journals, the Linux Journal, and is the author of Elements of Programming with Perl. He currently resides in Winnipeg, Manitoba with his wife and two sons.
Randy Kobes is a professor in the physics department at the University of Winnipeg in Winnipeg, Canada. He has a doctorate in theoretical physics. As well as publishing various works in scientific journals, he is co-author, with Jon Orwant, of the book Perl Developer's Toolkit, published by Advice Press. He lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba with his wife and four children.
