Online Ordering
Manning Publications accepts credit card orders via the Internet; your credit card information will be encrypted and protected.
Your network must support the secure HTTPS protocol for you to use our secure online order service. If you begin ordering and receive an error message along the way, then it is possible that your network does not support HTTPS. Check with your network administrator to be sure.
Error messages: A "busy" message indicates that your order was not processed and that communication with the credit card bank was impossible. You should wait for a short while and try again. A successful order will result in a receipt listed in your account.
Receipt: receipts are available from your account area once you have placed an order. Click on the "Manage My Account" link at the top of the web page, and look for a receipts link. Clicking on a link will display a printable receipt for your order.
Please fill in shipping information completely and accurately. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer if the package is returned by the postal system for insufficient or inaccurate address.
Online order inquiries: For fastest service, send email to Manning customer service. Please do not call our order phone number. The ONLY customer service available for on line orders is via email. Do not call our order phone number as this facility is not connected to our electronic order system in any way. We appreciate your abiding by this request as it enables us to offer you deeply discounted ebook prices. If you have ordered a book prior to its publication, you should check the book's page on this site to see whether it is available yet.

At this time, Manning offers no shipping options for online sales except what is listed below. Other shipping options are available through the 800 number service. Books are not returnable except in cases of manufacturer's defect.
Sale prices and discounts announced on this web site or distributed electronically apply only to online orders, not to phone orders.
SHIPPING
Manning Publications now ships to most countries in the world. If Manning does not ship to your location, please consult your bookstore.
U.S. customers: via priority mail; the charge is $4 for the first copy and $1.50 for each additional copy
Canada and Mexico: $12 for a single copy and $5 for each additional copy
Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands): $14 for a single copy and $7 for each additional copy
All other Western European countries: $16 for a single copy and $8 for each additional copy
Pacific Rim countries: $16 for a single copy and $8 for each additional copy
All other non-U.S.: $20 for a single copy and $8 for each additional copy
Note for international customers: Due to the high cost of processing book and credit card returns as well as customs fees and return postage, we must charge a $20.00 processing fee per title for all orders returned due to insufficient or improper address.
Return Policy: we will issue refunds minus shipping fee for print books returned to us for any reason. Books returned for improper addresses will be refunded the price of the book minus a 10% restocking fee.
Estimated Shipping Time - Shipments are processed and shipped the next business day following placing an order. US shipments average 2-3 days for delivery but can take as long as 10 days. International shipments take approximately 10 days to arrive at destination countries. However, customs delays can be as long as 8 weeks and are beyond our control. You may wish to check with your post office to see if there are forms you can submit that will expedite packages through customs.
